I'm completely new to modding Skyrim, so forgive me if I come across as stupid. This is the thread where I gathered that information from: After doing some looking around I found out that I needed to install directx 9.0c because even though the game worked before, for an ENB you need to have the older version of directx installed in order for it to work.
